Delivery and Returns
Please be extra careful when selecting your colour and particularly your personalisation as once the order is processed, errors made by the buyer will not be corrected by us.
If anything does need correcting, this must be done within 5 hours of the order.
This is due to the personalised nature of everything we produce.
Please allow 7-10 working days to produce personalised dog collars and embroidered blankets.
Wooden Beds and Feeding Stations can take up to 15 working days, we then use First Class registered post or Parcel Force taking 1/2 days, International Airmail takes longer.
All items will be posted the day after manufacture through Royal Mail or Parceforce and you will receive an automated email with tracking details immediately after the order is shipped.
We offer delivery worldwide for any item in the store. All orders are sent out within 2 working days of manufacture, please note international orders can take a little longer. Prices start from £8.90 for the smaller items then increase in line with weight and volume.
Returns & Replacements
Since each item is personalised with your inscription, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty in which case it will be replaced with the same or an alternative can be chosen.
Leather Collars and Wooden Beds
Our dog Collars, Wooden Beds and Feeding Stations are handmade, not machine stamped. The collars are made from genuine cow hide which is a natural product and can be subject to variations in texture as is the case with any natural products.
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll get it replaced for you.
In the unlikely event the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.
